Making A Purchase
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and payments by Paypal. Your card will not be charged until your item is packed and ready for shipment.
If you have made a mistake and confirmed your order online, contact us immediately and we will endeavour to correct the mistake.
Confirmation that we have received your order is for information only.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we email confirmation of despatch.
We included this term to protect ourselves if a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced good, or we are no longer able to supply a particular item. In the event of a price change, we will always contact you first to ensure that the revised price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery is FREE on all orders to Mainland UK addresses.
We do not ship to:
Scottish Islands & Offshore Islands
Isle Of Man
Isle Of Wight
Or anywhere else.
Your order will normally be shipped within 4 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We are not currently registered for VAT
Credit/Debit Card Security
We use a Payment Service Provider called Paypal to process card payments. This is a very secure method of taking payments. We do not, at any stage, have access to your card details.
All transaction information passed between Easyfit Hearing Aids Limited and the Paypal system is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our server from Paypal are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Paypal servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund (excluding the costs of delivery). Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
